Manchester Refugee Support Network (MRSN)
Supports refugees at their drop-in Centre based in Moss Side. Their services are tailored to the needs of refugees, who understand the specific difficulties they face, which include language barriers, cultural issues, and lack of familiarity with British systems. Because of their experience, they also understand the interaction between immigration status and welfare and housing entitlements.

 

The Sanctuary Foundation
The Sanctuary Course is an introduction to refugee safety, wellbeing and support. From safeguarding to trauma and from cross-cultural communication to community integration this course provides essential basic training for all those living, working or volunteering with refugees.

 

Solace
Solace has launched two new free e-learning courses aimed at those who want to improve their support for the emotional wellbeing of asylum seekers and refugees.
